This might be my favourite Spelling Success game. It is great practice for applying suffix rules and even my high school students like playing it! We added a rule that if two frogs land on the same lily pad, the first one has to go back to the previous rock or beach, but more than one can be on a rock.

One of my favorite games for both online and in person. My students like the strategy involved in having multiple pieces and I love that it’s a quick way to keep these rules fresh by having a review game to break up newer lessons.

Loving this game! Such a fabulous way to help with the recall of the suffix spelling rules. I like that you can customize it for the rules you are working on.
